Montgomery Township Environmental Commission/Sustainable Montgomery is proud to announce the 13th Annual Earth Day Fair on Sunday, April 22, 2018, Noon to 3 PM.
This year’s free Fair will be held at Skillman Park after the Run with Rotary. In addition to providing many recycling opportunities, this year’s fair will bring back family entertainment and educational tables. The Fair is being organized in conjunction with the Montgomery / Rocky Hill Rotary Club. Come make a day of it!
“The recycling aspect of our annual Fair is always big hit with the community. But this year’s afternoon at Skillman Park will also include music, entertainment, learning opportunities for all ages, and much more!” said Frank Derby, event organizer and member of Montgomery Township’s Environmental Commission/Sustainable Montgomery.”
There will be collections for recycling a great variety of items, including metals and electronics, as well as opportunities to donate to various non-profit groups. The latest list of items which may be brought for recycling is posted on the RECYCLING page of this Earth Day Fair website.
The Fair will be held at Skillman Park between Larocque Circle and Village Elementary School (GPS: ~150 Main Blvd, Skillman, NJ 08558 – see https://www.runwithrotary.org/Maps/p/781/). There will be plenty of parking for those who stay to enjoy the Fair but also easy access for those just dropping off items.
